Cheap quality, but at a cheap price
Works well enough, though the battery door doesn't fit too well. If you only need this occasionally, it's a good price.
Great level - for about a month! 
I used this laser level to for a tile flooring install. It just conked out after using it for a few weeks. I paid $13, but noticed it was on sale for $6. I would actually consider getting a new one for that price as it really helped guide a long project. Just note it isn't durable at all.
